1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph199 ("ph199," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the ph199 online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, card games, bingo, slots, and any other services offered at https://ph199.net (the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games on the ph199 Platform, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Each eligible person is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ph199 Platform. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ph199 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph199 does not accept foreign currency deposits, and all displayed balances, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in PHP.

Deposits: ph199 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your ph199 account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. ph199 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general Bonus terms apply to all ph199 promotions:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms.
2. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the stated claim window, and bonus funds not wagered within the stated validity period, will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

Game Integrity: All casino games on the ph199 Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. The outcomes of all games are determined by chance and are not subject to manipulation by ph199 or any player.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.

• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

8. Responsible Gaming

ph199's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph199 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph199 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ph199 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from network outages, third-party payment provider delays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph199's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
